The rudest staff ever! I will never use them again! The first time I went in, the woman was unfriendly and had a snotty attitude. I figured everyone has a bad day. I have spoken to 3 other employees and all of them were rude and indifferent. The employee today was downright nasty. Clearly no customer service skills! I have been in a customer service industry for over 30 years and have over 2000 clients. I would have fired that employee on the spot for speaking to a customer as she did. I guess when you're the only game in town you can get away with that. Town and County Dry Cleaners in Huntsville has amazing service and they are open on Saturdays.
