I am beyond grateful for the exceptional care and compassion shown to my father and grandmother by this incredible team. From the moment they walked in the door, I knew that they were in good hands. The staff have consistently gone above and beyond to ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met, making everyday life enjoyable. It's clear that every individual is treated with dignity and respect. I've had the pleasure of meeting multiple members of their staff, and each one has been kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in the well-being of both my father and grandmother.
You're First provided a great option for my dad to stay in his home in his final years, being comfortable in his own environment. Cheryl did a great job assessing him and his needs, and recommended the perfect person as his primary caregiver--Carletta Rose. She not only treated him as an individual, with respect and direct candor, but also took him for walks, played dominoes, and tried to coax him to do more than he might have been willing to do on his own. Lottie became a calming influence, and he looked forward to her presence. I truly believe she became more of a friend to him than just a caregiver, and I am beyond grateful to her and You're First for their help...read full review
You're First has been a great resource for our seniors. The educational classes and caregivers they provide are very satisfactory. Most importantly, as they emphasize in their brand, 'you are first!' The non-profit organization is people-driven and not business-oriented. Olga Najar
