Avoid Tomball Chrysler Dodge Jeep dealership at all costs.
In 40 years of buying new cars I have never had such an incredibly awful/deceitful experience…I could never have imagined.
My salesman provided me with a written sales price via email on a new Jeep after my first visit to the dealership. When I returned to have my trade in appraised the sales manager advised me that I didn’t qualify for the manufacturer rebate I was quoted in writing….which coincidentally was approximately the same amount as the dealer discount I had been offered in writing.
