We were looking for round tables, the lady inside was very kind and made our renting process easy. She told us to park in the loading area and that someone would help us. My husband had to go inside to ask if she could call someone to help us load since we had waited for a while already, finally after a little while longer a guy showed up, but he seemed hesitant to do his job and help load, he wasn’t even counting the chairs he was just throwing them on the trailer not even fixing them right so the tables could also fit. When he grabbed the tables he seemed to be having trouble moving them, I think that if they had better loaders it would have made the renting process... read full review

I walked in and liked what i saw. I asked questions, everything was answered. I reserved tables and chairs for both adults and children. I mentioned that my party event was on a Sunday. i forgot who i made arrangements with but she was very nice and i felt welcomed. I paid in full with deposit and was told id get it after they pick up. I got a phone call a week or so give or take before the party and was asked if they can deliver on Friday and pick up on Monday and i was fine with that. They delivered and all was set. So a day before the party i started to set up the basics and found that 2 chairs were missing a screw to where i didnt feel they were safe to use so i called... read full review

All of the people I spoke with were nice, however the white folding chairs I rented from them were in horrible condition, looked like they hadn’t been painted in years. Tables + tablecloths were fine, so maybe just don’t rent anything wooden/painted from them.
