I shared what we liked — my wife wanted something modern and simple — and when we visited their design center, Jessica already had renderings and material samples ready for us. She really understood our style, and we were able to visualize and make decisions quickly. That level of preparation was miles ahead of other builders who simply sent us to their showrooms to “pick what we want.”
