The loyalty team provided exceptional service and quickly got us up and running again. We had cracks in our underground sewer drain line going to our master bathroom. They had to dig a 15 ft tunnel under our foundation to replace the piping, etc. They did an amazing job on the repairs and did it within 2 days. They were extremely thorough and were very respectful & also wore shoe covers when coming into the house to lift the toilet in master bath for new pipe fitting, flange & seal. We have used Loyalty Plumbing for our past few plumbing needs...from fixing our toilets and showers, to changing out our water heater. Most recently, we noticed something was wrong with our water heater and when we called, on a weekend, we spoke with Mr.Aldo and because of the nature of the situation, he came out immediately to help stop something that could have worsened quickly. He, along with his team worked diligently to fix the problem, and for that, we are grateful.
