I did not want to risk doing my own taxes this year. Had read a few reviews on NextDoor that glowingly referenced this Tomball JH location and specifically mentioned manager Claudia. There was a new client discount that was too good to pass up. Booking online was easy. Claudia was knowledgeable, very friendly and professional. Even pointed out an available deduction my last preparer had not and explained the entire tax prep in a way that I could understand. My last preparer did not bother to explain anything to me.
