I can’t say enough good things about J-Tech in Tomball and its owner, Sondy Coker. I had a USB drive (like a jump stick) that completely stopped showing up on any computer, and I had tried everything I could think of with no luck. I was worried the data might be gone for good.
After a neighbor recommended J-Tech, I called the shop and spoke with Sondy. Even over the phone, I could tell he was professional, patient, and genuinely interested in helping me. He invited me to bring in the drive so he could take a closer look.

Jade Tech systems is the only place to go if you have a computer or a laptop you need repaired! They are very reasonable. They do excellent work. They are friendly! And I am a repetitive customer I recommend them highly!

My computer crashed and I was in panic mode. Took it to J-Tech Systems. They replaced the hard drive, recovered my data and returned it in perfect working order in 48 hours at a reasonable price. Couldn't be more pleased
