A huge thank you to Rami and his team! In only 2 weeks I have a beautiful remodeled master bath and a seconary bathroom. We are so pleased with the workmanship of Rami's team. Rami coordinated the project seamlessly. Rami was so helpful in choosing tile, counter tops an paint color. He offered thoughtful advice for decisions that needed to be made. I had been so overwhelmed from the choices and lack of support and interest from other places we had been to. Rami made the choices easy by understanding what I had hoped for. I would HIGHLY recommend Rami M. & his 5 Star, talented team at Floors & Beyond to anyone who needs a major overhaul or minor bathroom remodel! Before Rami, we had another business come to our hone to give us an estimate. We had set up an appointment with this other business and they failed to show. We rescheduled and they came late. To add insult to injury this other remodeling business could not even give us a estimate after waiting 4 weeks! I mentioned this horrible experience in customer service only because when we went to Floors & Beyond we had the exact opposite experience! The moment we walked in the show room at Floors & Beyond, Rami M. greeted us with a smile, a greeting, an introduction and a handshake! We came in on a Wednesday and on Friday we had scheduled Rami to come to our home for an estimate. He arrived on time and was very professional! Three days later, on a Monday, my husband received the estimate to overhaul our challenging master bathroom! We were very impressed at how fast and seem less the process was in 5 days! The following Wednesday we are picking out everything from tile, to cabinet color and style, to grout to flooring! Rami told us that he could complete this project in three weeks! I remember in my head thinking to myself that seems impossible but he seemed confident. I am here to tell you they completed the project in 16 days! Mind you, not 16 days in a row. 16 days collectively! We had certain restrictions as to when the workers could come to our home and we were also out of town for almost 4 weeks. But from start to finish if you count all the days the workers were actually here it only took them 16 days! Every single phase the various crews were professional, hard-working and efficient! There were a few “hiccups” along the way and that is to be expected and we were prepared for that. The “hiccups” were handled with ease & everything always worked out. Rami is also very approachable, if you have a question you need answered he will answer usually within an hour or two. If he does not answer within an hour or two he will respond during the same business day you text or call him. He is also present on the job site and is in constant contact with the various teams coming in for various phases. To have this high level and I mean extraordinarily high level of customer service & high level of quality of product that does come at a price. For us, it was well worth each and every dollar spent to have a gorgeous result in a short period of time! Personally, I know people who have gone with other bathroom remodelers and I hear nothing but horror stories. Rami M. at Floors & Beyond is the BEST IN THE BUSINESS!!! I would HIGHLY recommend him & his amazing team at Floors & Beyond if you are considering any and all remodeling needs!
