Where to even start? This company has been around for a very long time and it’s because they are trustworthy and do a great job. With so many nightmare stories out there about pool builders, it was nice to know this company is solid. We had a particularly challenging situation with an oddly shaped yard and a significant easement. We needed drainage done, fences, turf, it was a true yard remodel, not just a pool project. We worked with Lauren who is incredibly knowledgeable and pleasant and arrived at a design we were very excited about despite the tight space. We purchased our pool, outdoor kitchen, patio and outdoor bathroom from Cypress Custom Pools approximately two years ago, and the experience has been absolutely first-class from the very first phone call. They were patient and thorough in ensuring the backyard design matched our vision, and they masterfully brought it to life. They successfully designed a pool that fit our awkwardly shaped yard in a way that makes our backyard feel like a custom home. A great experience - from design to aftercare.With glowing recommendations from neighbors and friends, we didn’t hesitate to choose CCP. Gary brought our ideas to life in a design that we immediately loved. From dig to fill was around 5 weeks, all expertly project-managed by Guillermo with no delays between the various stages or services. They even took it in their stride when changed our minds about our waterline tile choice at the last minute! At every stage, the CCP team was very responsive and clearly cared about the customer service they provided.
