I am sharing this review for my parents who are 80 years old ..They previously had used this company and got good quality work ..They discovered a leak in their home and called them .They showed up right away and my parents were told the water pipes were all getting old and suggest a full replacement of pipes throughout the home …They were told it should take 3days ..at the cost of 6 thousand dollars and that had to be paid upfront and by check or cash only …my father agreed and paid by check …then it all went downhill from there they said Plummers name Shawn who is one of the company’s sons .Shawn said they would be back next day to start …never showed never...read full review

We had a leak upstairs and called for some imediate help. We got someone to come out and he cut out 4 holes in sheet rock and a vanity . Didn't fix the problem but said it was minor and would be back in 3 days to finish up. Three days came and went, then 4, then 5. No show and no call. We called for 2 days and finally on a Sunday I woke up to a steady stream coming down my ceiling and walls! I called, left a urgent message. Then after getting a call back of here's Shane's number, I got him. He said I'll be there tomorrow, but ended up coming in after all. Another week goes by and no repaired pipe. Meantime we're turning off the water except for an hour in the morning and 1 in the evening. Then after cutting 3 more holes in wallpapered walls and a built-in cabinet, decides we need to take down the shower wall. That's when I said NO. We got another plumber over, found the leak in the first cut out hole, and repaired it. Also found used pipe and mobile home fittings from our first plumber. We do not live in a mobile home. The fact that he and water have completely destroyed my house tells me to warn you to stay away from him. Merry Christmas!

Great customer service, I would recommend them because they are kind enough to diagnose a leak without charging me. They are a family owned company and I will keep going back to them for services. They are respectful and communicative. They are willing to help a customer out and are fair and honest.
