I have been in construction most of my life and know about homes. When it comes to rvs not so much. I like leaving it to a professional when I need help with my RV. I hit the lottery when I called Chris and had him work on my Rv. I was going to change out my AC but would have to figure out how to get the old one down and new one up. Chris did it by himself and made it look so easy while putting up with me talking to him the whole time. I called after hours one evening and received a return call first thing the next day. We were a bit outside their service area but were in a real bind with one of our AC units out. They agreed to come the extra distance to replace our dead AC unit and worked with our extended warranty company to help cover the cost of the replacement and install.
