I so appreciate the friendly and courteous service Christina showed to me during my visit to this office. She even came into the office early to accommodate my need to get to work without being too late. Of course, it's already a stressful situation, and she seems completely sympathetic to that. I felt at ease within just a few minutes, and we completed the bonding in a short time. The information required was not as intrusive as the one prior experience I've had.
