Well I set there with product on my hair, Sara left to Go home to check on her and someone else kids , my hair is fried, looked good when straight down, I pulled My hair up to was face, Roots not covered at all. Now I'm ashamed to go anywhere with the frizzy dried out hair ?She had to ask Ashley how to put toner in,U don't have to be a professional too know that toner does not gets mixed in with the shampoo. i show the lady a picture of how i wanted my haircut. it looks nothing like the picture. i had long hair and now it looks like a dora the Explorer haircut. i will never go back to this place again. they dont know what they are doing!!! i want my money back

Came in for a haircut the day before, and the lady was scared to do a fade. So she sets up an appointment for the next day with someone else. Whatever... Well I come back in, and they still refuse to cut my hair and tell me to come back the next day. I'm not coming back.
