Every time I go in to WP, I am so impressed! They have the best customer service and you can tell the staff really cares about you. I took my glasses in because the bridge bent and cracked while I was cleaning them. Luckily they didn’t crack in half and I was still able to wear them to get to the storefront. The women who helped me (i’m so sorry I didn’t catch her name) took a look and was able to replace them with no charge since all of the glasses come with warranty. I was so happy she was able to replace them right away because I wouldn’t have been able to drive without them! I also ordered another pair as a back up incase something ever happens to my current ones. She ordered them from an iPad and it took little to no time. They will ship directly to me and it was almost effortless. Thank you WP for always taking great care of me!◡̈

Liz was great! Excellent customer service!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I went to Vision Optique for years however this place is so convenient bring in the woodlands! I expedited my frames and will get them in a week!
