Top notch customer service even when issues arise. We had a dry cleaning service recently, once we received our garments a piece of vest was missing. Call the store, immediately they were on top of it and within 30 min the staff located the missing vest. This is what customer service should be, solving problems not blame diversion. Rest assured they will take care of your garments!
My favorite blouse had a tiny red spot on the front. I’ve worn it only one time & was very sad that it had the spot which was tiny; however, I knew it was there. It is gone now & my blouse looks new again!!!?
I brought in a pair of jeans to have the hem taken up and I was hoping to have them ready for the weekend…. The seamstress was swamped with work but she did get my jeans ready for me ! I appreciated her extra effort to help me out!
