I was referred to Dr NGO by my local doctor. I found him to be genuine and helpful. He was honest in saying that there were better doctors suited for my specific needs. He was eager to help me reach those people who could help me. It was refreshing to communicate with a doctor who really seemed to care and was willing to help me find the right doctor for my situation. I would recommend Dr Ngo to everyone. He was even willing to communicate by text to help facilitate the process.

I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Ngo and his staff, along with the Townsen Memorial surgery center in Spring. They made the whole process from start to finish very smooth. From the first meeting with Dr. Ngo, he made me and my family feel very comfortable. The surgery couldn’t have gone any better along with a quick recovery. Also the staff at the Townsen Memorial surgery center were all very pleasant to me and with each other, I felt very comfortable and taken care of. Thanks again Dr. NgoB. Farmer

Dr. Rick Ngo recently helped me with hernia problems that I have had for a while. I actually had one major one and two minor ones and he was able to surgically repair them all in the same procedure. Am 100% pleased with the care and attention that I received from him and his staff. From our initial meeting through the actual procedure through the follow up, everything has been basically perfect. His bedside manner is excellent and he definitely put me at ease about the procedure and recovery process. My biggest compliment is that I would definitely recommend another family member go to him if they needed his services. Thank you, Rick!
