I recommend Tracy. She’s a good conversationalist, a well-spoken and contorted me in ways I’ve never suspected. I walked out relaxed, comfortable in my body and more flexible than when I entered. Techniques medieval times considered torture (at least according to Public TV) are very good at encouraging flexibility and range of motion.
