I gave my experience this time 4 stars because i did not realize that one of the treatments I received was not included in the facial I booked and was surprised to get a bill with the additional charge for a mask that I thought was part of the booked service. I will be more careful to ask about each part of the treatment as it is being done (not very relaxing if you have to question everything during the services). Overall, it is a good place to go. very relaxing, convenient and they validate parking. Head's up - they require a 20% gratuity, no negotiation. That is a bit irritating when the service provider may deserve more or less depending on the service received.“
