The pick up area was fairly easy to find and it took her only a couple of minutes for her to grab my items, but I think I prefer Kohls pickup where you can grab it yourself because it is even quicker.
I have gone to JC Pennys for year over my life and always have a good experience no matter the location . The only reason I went to this location is that I recently moved and this was the closest. I order some pants online and of course they didn't fit and I needed to return them. The online return station is downstairs in home goods by the escalator The staff is very friendly and helpful and I was in and out in under 10 mins from the time I parked and walked inside. Keep in mind this mall (woodlands mall) is always busy and worse now due to Xmas season so I suggest you go to the backside of JC Pennys to park when I arrived the front was packed and everyone was trying to find a spot. When I went to the backside the working lot was half full and I got a spot close to the door...
I went on Saturday A few weeks, & the employee from that week didn't want to help me with coupons, when the person talking on the intercom said that the employee would, which she did not. After a hard day of work on Sunday, & Ms. Ashley the Cashier was Extremely helpful!! Thank You for going above, & beyond!!
