Exemplary service from the first phone call all the way through installation. Flaherty's possesses deep knowledge and expertise in flooring and excels in their customer service. They are honest, transparent, and willing to answer each and every question you may have. My carpet installation went extremely well because the crew was seasoned and took extreme care to do the job right and without impact to the house. Excellent experience from beginning to end. And, they were willing to work with me from afar while I was traveling. They were patient while we worked to find the perfect color, which is Dura seal: 75% weathered oak, 25% golden brown.

We have now utilized Flaherty’s Flooring America for three separate wood flooring and carpeting replacements at various homes we have owned. The sales reps (Nicola and Tracy) are both extremely knowledgeable, cordial and helpful. Patrick and Klint did a wonderful job estimating the scope of work and installing our wood flooring, respectively.
