We didn't realize that every 3 years the roof needs maintenance. Rusting nails need to be sealed, crevices addressed, etc. We discovered this when we bought our house and the inspector caught it. We were so impressed with the Elite Roofers consultant/inspector as well as the technician. They were both polite, smart and very professional. They educated us. We feel so much better about our roof. We won't go to anyone else. We will have them inspect our roof in 3 years as suggested. I am telling our neighbors they need roof maintenance! I had no idea!
