Daniel, the technician, arrived within the scheduled window, diagnosed and repaired the issue in a timely manner. I received a photo of him before arrival so I knew who to expect. He was competent and easy to work with. He explained the issue in detail with photos and got my approval before doing additional work. When he left the system was working again. I signed a service contract with them and would recommend to family and friends.
AirLoom continues to impress! I lost power during both major storms recently, so it was extra miserable when the a/c stopped working. I expected a long wait for an appt, but they offered to fit me in the next day! Price was very fair and the repairs were done in a day. It was such a stressful time for the city, but the team at AirLoom reacted quickly, and kindly to restore my service. A/C is working great. I'm so glad to be a customer of AirLoom Cooling & Heating.
