Breathe Pilates is INCREDIBLE. Laura is accomplished, professional and is keenly observant of your needs and physical situation. I’ve seen her for years and can’t say enough to encourage others to utilize her services. In Laura’s absence, Emma has serviced as a most qualified instructor as well. All of the instructors are courteous, friendly and welcoming.
As a beginner to Pilates I was a little nervous about starting something new but everyone was very welcoming and supportive. The instructors are excellent, they get to know you individually and give clear directions making it easy to follow along. I highly recommend this to anyone new to Pilates.
Breathe is my sanctuary, a home away from home. The community is so warm and welcoming, I just love being there. Not only do I get a great workout, I also benefit from improved mobility as a result.
