“I am someone that has never seen a chiropractor, and a couple of friends told me about this place, so I gave them a try. They did a full analysis of my spinal and musculoskeletal issues, like sciatica, arthritis, and plantar fasciitis. They explained their proposed plan, ensuring I understood and suggested additional reference material in case I wanted to research on my own. I went through 90 days of their customized treatment program, and feel that I have benefitted from it.

During this experience I was surprised to see some services that I was unaware chiropractors offered. This included orthopedic massage, and various technologies like therapeutic ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and their orthotic 3D foot scanner. The orthopedic massage was interesting in that it differed from regular massage by not only being relaxing, but more specific and customized to target my specific musculoskeletal related issues. The infrared and electrical stimulation helped address several minor pain related issues. The 3D foot scanner allowed me to acquire the best insoles that I've ever had.

The employees were knowledgeable, acted like a team, with a goal of overall wellness, and a team that truly cares about improving my quality of life. That alone is priceless. In addition, this treatment occurred during the holiday season, and I noticed that they had bins for donations to the local MI Lewis social service center, and participated in the Dickinson Police Department's Blue Santa program. We need more businesses like this that are professional, caring, and serving their community.

I'm in my mid-50s, have used modern medicine my whole life, and am pleasantly surprised at my first experience with a chiropractor. It has shown me that this branch of medicine definitely has much to offer, and I particularly appreciate their natural healing philosophy. I will be using them again in the future as well as referring anyone to Wellness First Medical Center who I think could benefit in the ways I have.

“Love the staff & the warm salt water therapy pool. The staff worked together to find the best practices for my injuries for safe & effective healing & recovery. I worked with 5 therapist who all were not only a delight but served my needs with encouragment. The only thing I didn't like was the changing room. It needs a heater and a functional way of removing excess water besides the one mop. I did bring this up and they were empathetic. I finally switched to land therapy after the water part became more of a nunscience for me. I felt equal and amazing healing on land just the same. The team really does a great job making your recovery top priority! Plus was they were In-Network! Thank you Tideway for your care.“
