Her office has a laid-back and calming atmosphere, and her staff, including her receptionist, are sweet, friendly, and great with reminders. While some patients have had issues with phone calls going to voicemail, Dr. Payne and her team are known for providing extraordinary customer service, making each patient feel valued despite their busy schedule. Overall, patients love coming to see Dr. Payne and appreciate the attention they receive.
Dr. Payne has been helping me with a mild dental emergency for a few months now and she has been extremely caring and capable throughout the situation. I do get the voicemail on call, but I also get a prompt call back every time after leaving a message which is perfect. I only wish I'd started seeing her sooner before my teeth had gotten to their current state, but I am so happy to have her working with me now.
I have been seeing Dr. Payne for several years and always have a great experience. She also sees my son and he loves coming to the dentist. She is very patient, friendly and honest. Her front desk is always so sweet and friendly. We love coming to see Dr. Payne!!
