Like a lot of other folks, this time of year (HOT!) is brutal especially when your AC isn’t quite doing its job. Yesterday evening our inside temp was 83. I called Matt Shirley at Lone Star Heating and Air and 6 pm on a Sunday and he was here by 7:30, exactly when he said he would be here (he was on a call). Responsive, friendly, professional and a productive AC unit happened fast. FIVE STARS for sure.

One of the main AC units went out in the activity building/ Mess Hall at the church camp. Saw they had 24 hr service and called early the next morning. They didn’t hesitate about whether they could come out or fit into their schedule! Fixed the fried capacitor (which I knew couldn’t be bought at 9:00 pm) and were very reasonable and had great communication! Definitely will be using again!

It was after hours and the technician was there in no time. The unit was froze solid he was unable to do anything. Next morning the technician was very fast getting there unfortunately the units we have is so old and outdated they cannot be fixed. I would recommend this company to anyone. 10/10
