This review is way overdue. Bryce was our home inspector, and I can tell you he had his work cut out for him.
My wife's grandparents both passed away this year in a matter of a few months apart. Towards the end, they both had a bit of trouble keeping up on the maintenance of the house, and we knew it was going to be in rough shape. We had an inspection done, so we would have a much clearer idea of what condition the bones of the house were in. We called Inspection Gator because of the stellar reviews and reputation. They did not let us down!!! From the first call to the follow-up after the inspection, they were rockstars all the way.

2nd Inspection:
After quite a bit of thought I have updated my review to 5 stars. I took a lot of time after Derek came out for a second inspection to make sure I knew for sure if things were done right. Although some things weren't fully checked (liked under house) I understand that clearance under older houses is not great and Gator has rules about that so I won't let that become an issue again. Inspection Gator was did not delay on making the appointment for inspection. The inspector spent several hours going through the house. Thorough documentation, both written and photo. He took time to explain the final results with me, told me the concerns and made recommendations.
The office personnel was professional and helpful. I highly recommend.
