The management and staff are incredibly helpful and take time to remember your name. Small thing to do, but the small things make big impacts! Clean facility, plenty of equipment even during busy gym hours. Their support team take their jobs seriously and care very much about your experience. Love to see it!
Been coming here for almost a month. Nice gym, very clean. The young man in the morning works really hard to make sure the gym is in top shape. I’m very impressed with how organized and clean the gym is especially with the amount of people who come in.
I’ve been going to GymBox for over a year. I’ve enjoyed it a lot, and I will say any issues I’ve ever had, the owner has made it right everytime. He’s a super nice and understanding guy, and I appreciate customer service more than anything nowadays. I most certainly will be returning to GymBox when/if I move back to town. <3
