Am not clear as to why this is an unemployment service they tell you upfront their not allowed to help you in no shape or form in answering questions to get yourself started with unemployment. They hand you a piece of paper with lots of customer service numbers to call as you sit there mind you i waited i know an hour before someone came on to help me with resetting my pin he then proceeded to process my whole application there was no need for me to even been there but i was just afraid at home i would get stuck on something that perhaps one of them could answer boy was i wrong.but i can say the front desk lady julie was somewhat helpful as much as she could.please do...read full review

I really like this Terrell office !! Every time I go there I get the help I ask for. Bring alitte patience with you,cuz sometimes they are buzy. Always willing to help you and are professionals at their job.
