We'd recently purchased a new house in Little Elm, Tex. and needed the HVAC system serviced and the A/C and heating vents repaired prior to our move-in. Moving into an older home, I was skeptical of how the prior owners had taken care of the house, and that included the HVAC units. This is my 2nd year having System Control out to do yearly maintenance. After checking and replacing the filter, they were able to run some quick tests on the units and gave me assurance that the equipment is still running as expected and that there aren't any issues needing to be addressed. They even gave me some tips on how to help maintain the units throughout the summer months to extend their lifespan. Thanks Richard and team for helping take care of our much needed HVAC!
