They have knowledgeable staff, including Terry and Lane, who are easy to work with. Recent customers have been very satisfied with their new construction home plumbing and appreciate their friendly, kind dispositions. One customer even received free service for a quick garbage disposal fix, highlighting their generosity.
Parnell Plumbing came out to search for a leak and found it really quick on the same day I called. The plumbers repaired the leak and made sure everything was fine once the repair was done. So appreciate them taking care of the very urgent matter the same day I called. If you ever have a plumbing emergency like we did give them a call they will take good care of you.
Have used them twice in the last 3 months, did a great job in a timely manner. Also very kind young man. Would highly recommend 😊
