Jimmy, and Gilbert from Metro septic services came out today, and pumped, and cleaned my septic tanks. The price was under the average for two 500 gallon tanks, which I had looked up online before calling. I called on Saturday, and they were here today Monday. If I could give them zero starts I would. We have had a maintenance contract with them for many years. Communication with them has always been challenging, and they don't always show up when promised. This past year has been particularly bad as they don't come quarterly as their contract outlines. We have to call them for inspection and now we have an actual issue that we've been calling them about for weeks and have left MANY messages that go completely unanswered. Not sure what's going on but they are NOT holding up their end of our contract after we have paid them for 2 years worth of service! Mr. Jimmy and his crew did an amazing job on cleaning out our septic tanks. He was able to figure out what our problem was and fixed it for a fair price. He was also able to schedule us in promptly. I highly recommend this company.Service: Drain cleaning
