Overall pleasant booking experience and first visit. Front desk is very friendly and competent. The doctor I saw was truly very grounded informative and helpful. I’m sure they were very busy and my only set back was the wait. I wasn’t seen until almost 40 minutes after my appointment time. I came in 30 minutes early for paperwork and was taken to a room 20 minutes after my appointment time. The doctor did not come in until 15-20 minutes after that. I know waiting is the nature of visiting a healthcare provider and I was very grateful for the time I did get with the doctor as she was present, kind, and actually helpful and informative(as I stated before) I would recommend
The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable. The facility looks amazing and very clean. I’ve been going for treatment for over three years now and I have no complaints whatsoever. I highly recommend it.
I’ve been coming to Summit Dermatology for the past year! The front desk staff is amazing and really communicative with appointment reminders and referral updates. I’ve been seeing NP Bernice and she is really attentive to all my sensitive skin care needs :)
