This was my first time using this company, and I was very pleased with their service. The appointment was on time, the company truck spotlessly clean and well-maintained, the job itself (septic system pumpout) very professional and thorough, with extra time and effort taken to entirely clean out the system; the guy who performed the work was also friendly and encouraged me to ask any questions I wanted to, about what he was doing, and how my type of septic system works. I will definitely hire them again.
Paramount Wastewater provided outstanding customer service from beginning to end with their aerobic septic system pump out team. Hannah and Megan were great helping me to get started and during the entire process. Armando and Ian are true professionals that were on top of their game providing the actual onsite work. I highly recommend this first-class company.
Contacted Paramount on a Tuesday and they were here on Wednesday. Ian, from Paramount, arrived. Ian explained what he'd be doing, got it done, and explained things while he worked. Ian was very polite and respectful. Ian is a great representative of Paramount. I'll definitely use Paramount again!!
