I highly recommend this gym. 1) Unbelievable rates. 2) You basically have a personal trainer pushing you. 3) Positive Vibes always . 4) My health has improved tremendously. M.E.S. FITT has flexible time slots of 30 minutes, from before dawn through after dusk. Prices are exceptional for quality of service. Will modify an exercise if needed. Excellent workouts!!!! 💪👊

Amazing workouts tailored to your level of fitness in a group setting. Marc is an amazing coach that pushes you to your limits. During this COVID-19 pandemic he has really made the gym a safe place by constantly disinfecting and making sure that we are respecting the guidelines.
