The atmosphere is clean, soothing, and rejuvenating. Warren was phenomenal and able to locate several issues. Monica relieved pain with attentive and detail-oriented service. Jennet was attentive and detail-oriented as well.
Friendly, professional, and very organized, making scheduling and check-in smooth and stress-free. It’s clear they care about their clients and take pride in providing great service.
I had a wonderful experience at Hand & Stone. The customer service was outstanding, especially the timely communication from the staff. My phone calls were returned promptly, and any questions or concerns I had were addressed quickly and professionally. It’s refreshing to experience such reliable and thoughtful service—highly recommend.
If i could give 10 stars and a plus I would give it to Warren!! This was my first visit and the entire experience was Amazing! When I called I was placed on hold and my cell dropped the call, the receptionist called me back!! That was just the beginning of the fantastic service. Upon arrival, the atmosphere was friendly and the receptionist, Summer was very friendly and helpful. Warren was the massage therapist and he was phenomenal. This was my first time at Hand and Stone and Warren was patient and knowledgeable in the operations and made the whole process easy. I HIGHLY recommend Warren.
