Stephen Torres the Service Advisor went above and beyond to help me when I had car trouble far from home. Stephen and his team were courteous and helpful and did not charge me to look at my tires while I was worried I had a flat over an hour from my destination. I offered to pay him for his time and he said it was unnecessary and that I was good to go. It has been a few weeks and I finally have time to say THANK YOU to Stephen and his team for helping me (and my pup) while we were quite worried on a road trip and had no where to go. I highly recommend Stephen for his integrity and professionalism. Human to human, thank you!!!
Gerber was an approved shop for SF insurance. I called several other locations without success and decided to call Gerber. The receptionist was very polite from the start. Was able to drive my vehicle there for estimates etc so that made it easier for my situation.Everyone at this shop was very friendly and professional! I also noticed how clean the parking lot and shop areas were. Collision Manager was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable in selecting this shop. Gerber is an A+ body shop. The people that work there are so kind and helpful. Naturally, an accident is upsetting, and the folks there helped me along the way to get the service I need. I totally recommend Gerber to you.
