I cannot recommend FloorCo enough! Mason, from the Temple location, provided my wife and I with exceptional customer service from start to finish. He listened to our unique needs and went way above and beyond to answer our questions and help us find the perfect LVP for our home. I got multiple estimates from local competitors for the same product, so I know for sure we saved money! We will DEFINITELY come see him when we replace our bathroom floors. Highly recommend!
We remodeled our kitchen last year and went to FloorCo in Temple for backsplash. Met Shane who was exceedingly patient and beyond helpful. Had an idea of what I wanted but not entirely and Shane was knowledgeable and did I mention patient? I am a very picky shopper and with so many options available, customer service is a high priority, as well as shopping local. It can be overwhelming to walk in and try to figure out what will go with everything else; add to that the pressure of not making a mistake since once it's done it's done.
