Months ago, I found myself in a terrible situation. This man arrived VERY quickly and was in and out before I could say thank you. He was a literal angel. I called pop-a-lock and they were terribly unhelpful after I explained the emergency situation I was in and they called me over and over again to tell me they tried to help me, even though they said they would be coming from Waco. I called about my safe not locking after being moved. Kendall Wampler came out to look at it and found that one of the screws on the side of the safe had worked loose on the move. He proceeded to remove it and then screw it back in and tested the door and it locked after that. He was very professional and pleasant to speak with, he showed me the problem and explained what had happened and what he did. I was very impressed with him as well as the company. I highly recommend them for all your lock and safe needs.
