After moving into our new home and hooking up our fridge we had an issue with it not cooling. I called numerous appliance repair companies in the area and Darryl was the only one that answered his phone! My husband and I were able to troubleshoot the problem but we wanted to make sure we were on the right track so he came out right at the day/time we scheduled. My dryer was making an unholy screaming noise, so I Googled appliance repair in the Temple area. D&S had decent reviews, so I decided to give them a call.The technician was friendly and professional on the phone and was able to book a next-day appointment with me. He even got there early. The morning he arrived was wet and muddy, and he stopped to put covers on his work shoes before entering my place - something I hadn't even thought of.He was able to quickly diagnose the issue with the dryer and get it fixed. Darryl came to work on my Electrolux dryer as it stopped tumbling. He did more than just fix a hard to work on brand, but he opened it up, cleaned it out and inspected it. He found that my vent was crimped, which is a fire hazard. He replaced that as well. Darryl is a nice and honest person who did an excellent job. I will recommend him to all who ask my opinion on a good repair person. He is also a Veteran, so he gets extra praise for his service. Thanks again for the wonderful repair. ??
