The stuffed at this place inTemple area are rude and they don't even say hi,or can I help you.The one in Round rock area are Awesome.They welcome you and how can I help you. That's customers service. I will be going to Round rock area.

Got me right, it's was a long process because I am picky and this is my first time but we got it going lol.

I had a great experience with Dr. Zahara Nathini, I highly recommend her! I wear both glasses and contacts. She was so very thorough and described my eyes health to me in a very clear and professional way. However both times I have now gone in , the front desk people have been unapologetic for lack of professional manor. I called 3 times, twice in one day, to try and get my contact prescription. Each time was put on hold for more then 7 min, I then hung up. Called next day, same thing. They told me today that I'm supposed to call before picking up my prescription. They could not help me till next day with a copy. I explained why I came in person, and no apology just... read full review
