This is going to be a bit of a strange one, so bear with me….I took a rather expensive article of clothing to this cleaner last Wednesday to be dry cleaned. It was my first time using them. Long story short, when I picked the item up on Monday, it was rather significantly damaged. The item was, in my opinion, ruined (to be fair, it could probably still be worn, but it was Gucci. My husband is working out of town in Taylor Texas and he is very picky on how his clothes are starched...he has tried both cleaners and he has been very pleased with Taylor Cleaners how they respect their customers and for their customer service...no complaints at all for this cleaners...great job!!!

I have been taking my work uniforms here for years, and the staff is fantastic. They're also very nice to my dogs when we walk over for pick up or drop off. Always have treats ready for them. Thank you.
