I drove in from Houston. when I got to town, my left front wheel hub made an unplanned spontaneous disassembly. the first place I stopped was no help. I called precision, Brayli answered (very nice and proffesional). I explained my situation and by the time I limped my truck to their shop, they had an estimate prepared and my part in hand. Even though they had a busy, hard day and were ready to go home, Jessie (hope I spelled it right) got his guy Ryan to fix my truck. It was an unexpected expense, but I truly do appreciate their fast friendly service in my time of need. Thank you and God Bless yall.

Jesse went above and beyond to get my car back up and running when it started throwing random codes and acting funny! He was honest and transparent and got it fixed and back to normal very quickly!!
