I had water backing up into my home around the base of a toilet and into a tub. I had a plumber come out and they said we were just using too much water at once though nothing had changed in our routines. A 2nd plumber came out and checked my overflow. Since he saw water flowing through it he said I must have had a small clogged that cleared. Neither plumber bothered to even truly check the lines. So I called Wright plumbing. They were at my house hour and half later checking the lines. They ran their machines through finding that my lines were clear but found that a neighbor had got kitty litter in the sewer system (city system) causing the blockage.
