Such an amazing ambassadors at New Hope. Genuine care and comfort is how I would describe my experience. They went out of their way to show my young children care in their grief. The best people and a comforting environment.
My mom recently passed away. We had started preplanning, but she passed before we finished. It didn’t matter because the people who work here are truly amazing and just picked up where we were. They called me multiple times to check on me and to see if we needed anything. The entire process with the New Hope team was stress free. Sounds weird, but this is my favorite funeral home due to the caring team they have. You all were so lovely and I appreciate everything you did for me and my family.
New Hope Funeral Home did an exceptional job for my Dads recent funeral and burial ceremonies. Hector was very thorough in answering all questions, understanding of the family’s needs, and took time to explain all the needed tasks to be done to include purchase of the casket, detailing inside the casket, floral arrangements, and all other requested items. The team was punctual, dressed professionally, and flexible when requested for more time to accommodate for the influx of people that came to pay their respects. I would highly recommend this funeral home in taking care of your needs during the loss of your loved one.
