Honestly I really like this barbershop and have been going for about 4-months and Fabricio has done a great job. The other day I had Ale cut my hair and there was a misunderstanding because I was not all the way happy with the hair cut at first and she went into my beard a little low but despite the miss communication. When I stood back and looked at it, it may have been different from how I initially but I’ve had a lot of compliments on it and I could tell she had great confidence in how she faded me up. Honestly, I’m hoping she will do my fade again next time: that’s why I brought the thirty for the cut, and a $20 tip as well because I didn’t mean to look so upset however I had an injury that was bumped during the hair cut and I was in such pain I knew I was unintentionally coming across rude. I did try to pay for the cut that day but was not allowed…. So I apologize to best of my abilities because this shop is a great shop! Ale I think you are probably one of the best barbers and nicest people I’ve ever met based on how well you handled me being upset. I apologize and hope you will forgive me enough I can request you next time?
I took my son, Koe, here for his second haircut ever, he’s less than a year old! I didn’t catch the man’s name that cut his hair but he did AMAZING!! Very patient, listened to how I wanted it cut, and even boosted Koe’s confidence as he was cutting his hair! Will definitely refer more people to them, and we will be back!
Very welcoming and comfortable environment. Aleyda has been cutting my oldest son's hair for almost 12 years now since he was 1 year and she also now does my 7 year old hair since he was 1 year also. Waiting for my youngest to turn 1 year for him to get a hair cut with her. She takes her time i will follow her anywhere. We always leave happy with her service. We recommend Aspen Barbershop to anyone.
