I had destroyed my charging port called them they said they could fix it dropped it got a call from them they told me that they ordered the part and gave me the price got a call a week later they fixed it I am very happy with them they did a great job if I ever have problems i will go to them again for sure

recently had an experience with SS TECH PRO that started with a bit of a hiccup but ended on a very positive note. Initially, I took my computer in for some issues and paid for the service, but unfortunately, the problems persisted. When I brought it back, they went above and beyond.

The team spent an impressive 14 hours diagnosing and fixing the issue. Despite the extensive work, they didn’t charge me for the additional time. Their commitment to solving the problem and their willingness to make things right really stood out to me. It’s clear they care about their customers and stand behind their work.

Robert fixed the problem with my computer and also noticed the bottom cover curved outwards. That turned out to be the battery swelling up. He ordered and installed a new battery. His service is fast, friendly and affordable. I highly recommend him.
