Bethany and her team were professional while also kind, approachable, and caring. Bethany was great at helping us explore our options and at providing education in a way that was informative and helpful rather than condescending. She quickly built trust in her and her company, communicated timely, was extremely knowledgeable, and helped make the process of purchasing a home not only easy, but enjoyable. Even with the complication of having to do all of the meetings, conversations, signatures, etc. online or by phone because we are still living out of state, she simplified everything and made the whole experience one of the best we have ever had.
