Lee did a home inspection for us on a property we are wanting to purchase. His work is honest, fair, thorough and professional.
Closed on our new home yesterday. Lee at Alta Vista was our inspector. Among a few minor issues, he found the roof had hail damage. Long story short, we have a new roof at the sellers expense! Thanks Lee!!
